Support the Groomer guy Blog and videos

If you enjoy my blog, my videos, my facebook page, my articles and stories you can help me out by helping get new video equipment for shooting my videos. Making videos is a long and expensive hobby. I recently bought my first Gopro camera and now I need some accessories to go with it. I need camera mounts, Chargers, batteries and lot's of batteries as the cold eats them up fast. I need a microphone, cleaning supplies and more. Later on I would like to get additional cameras so I can have different camera angles.

If you are interested in helping you can email me at luclevesque@Hotmail.com and I can send you a list of equipment I need. I will forward my mailing address.

You can go to my Amazon Wish List and see What I currently need. Click on the link to go to the website. http://www.amazon.ca/gp/registry/wishlist/ref=nav__gno_listpop_wi?ie=UTF8&requiresSignIn=1

Please be patient......

I was surprised today when I checked the Ofsc interactive trail guide. There is close to 2400 km of trails open in Ontario and its only December, this is a great start to the season.

Make sure to check with local clubs for trail conditions, even tho you see groomers on the trails it don't mean the trails are open. Many of hours of work are needed to prep the trails, groomers have to go out and pack swamps, creeks, washouts before a trail can be ready. That smooth trail you go over in the winter is totally different in the summer.

Ive taken snowmobile friends out on the trails in the summer on quads and they could nott believe the terrain the trails where going over, the holes the mud pits. During trail prep we have to fill in wet areas with snow and pack it down, the water soaks in the snow and then freezes rock solid, then once solid you can drive over with the groomers. You can check out my videos on youtube and see me doing trail prep and packing.

So please be patient with the local clubs. Give them a call, they need all the help they can get.2

One of My Customers took this picture of Him out ice fishing, he says there is over 12 inches of good ice on the lake now, The magpie has 12 inches+ now, the Ice Huts are starting to go up now.
