Good morning my snowmobile friends, it's a nice -10C today and snowing, we got some warmer temperature yesterday, the temperature when up to +2C yesterday but the trails where ok and still in good shape. The groomer will be out this weekend to smooth out all those trails.
Last day of Feb today... wow already, march riding is here and as always the best time to ride of the season, the trails are in good shape, the nice warm weather during the day and longer daylight times might you can sleep in the morning and ride later in the day. Some years we are lucky and get to ride in April, April riding is the best.... it's like you are cheating lol I've often had the chance to ride on Easter weekend, after Sunday brunch jump on the sled and head out for the day o the trails. We once had a big snow storm in April, 4 feet of snow, we had plenty of snow for the trails.
I will post a more detailed report about march and April riding in the next few weeks.
