Support the Groomer guy Blog and videos

If you enjoy my blog, my videos, my facebook page, my articles and stories you can help me out by helping get new video equipment for shooting my videos. Making videos is a long and expensive hobby. I recently bought my first Gopro camera and now I need some accessories to go with it. I need camera mounts, Chargers, batteries and lot's of batteries as the cold eats them up fast. I need a microphone, cleaning supplies and more. Later on I would like to get additional cameras so I can have different camera angles.

If you are interested in helping you can email me at luclevesque@Hotmail.com and I can send you a list of equipment I need. I will forward my mailing address.

You can go to my Amazon Wish List and see What I currently need. Click on the link to go to the website. http://www.amazon.ca/gp/registry/wishlist/ref=nav__gno_listpop_wi?ie=UTF8&requiresSignIn=1

you can go to this link to see the list of stuff I need, every item has a link that takes you to a Online store. http://groomerguy.blogspot.ca/2014/12/the-groomer-guy-goes-high-tech.html

Cold nights grooming.

It's a cold once again this morning, -40C without the wind-chill, with wind-chill factor it was -46C  Danny our groomer operator was out last night in this cold, My plans was not to have him that late out as he had left in around 8:30am in the morning and ended up getting back in town around 1:45am   He groomed up to the kaby river (D108A) and then headed on the 100 miles loop to finish filling in the big washout. he then back tracked and made it back to town.

Will post more pictures soon of my own rides.  Make sure to check my facebook page and click on "Like" to get my updates in your news feed.   I update more on my facebook page as it's more fast  and easy for me.

Checking the thermometer at 5:15am before heading to work.

The Next pictures are of the groomer all frozen, iced up from a long day and Night on the trails. it looks cold just looking at it, the conditions thses machine that have to work in and not break down,  Danny groomed over 160 kms last night, in -30C 40C,  in  deep powder snow in some areas out in the middle of nowhere alone at night.

Look at all that snow that has pilled up on the drag, now this would be worst if the drive did not push it off every time he stops to do a check up and a walk around, when we stop we try to remove as much snow we can as it add lot's of weight to the groomer and it slows us down, it also blocks our view of the drag.

Danny had to limp the groomer back to town as he got a flat tire, lucky for him he had just made it to a plowed road  not far north of town, we was able to drive it slowly back to the garage, the tire was already in bad shape and was going to be changed this week, the groomer is now in the shop thawing out.

The D trail East to the Magpie Reservoir on Saturday. this when I went out grooming  on Saturday, it was a nice day.
