Today we got some great new in our e-mails from the OFSC, At last year's AGM (Annual General Meeting) the OFSC Clubs voted on having a special weekend that riders could ride the trails free, try the OFSC trails and see what it's all about. Today it official. Here is what we got:
" Honourable Bob Chiarelli, Minister of Transportation, has approved the 2012 AGM recommendation from OFSC clubs for a no cost permit for the February Family Day Long Weekend.
The OFSC has prepared a Q&A file to help brief clubs on the pilot project to introduce what we are calling the "2013 Try Our Trails" Permit for the upcoming Family Day Long Weekend."
The is great, this will bring in the people that where on the fence and needed just a little boost to come and try out Ontario snowmobile trails. riders go online register and print a free permit from Home and then stick to the snowmobile... it's that simple, you get 3 days of riding free.
Here the link where you can read more about the ride free Family day weekend. More info here (OFSC Ride Free) click here to go to the Q & A section. Q & A Ride Free
